  • Demonstration of different textures used in fondant which includes gold leaf application/ruffling/stenciling/molding/painting
  • Assistance with design and concept of cake
  • Making of Sugar Peony, Hydrangea, Greenery and peony buds
  • How to support, stack cakes and finish design
  • How to transport your cake to location
  • How to price your cakes
  • How to photograph your cake
