The Geode Cake

WHEN: Sunday/May 26 2019/ 2pm-6pm (Please arrive 15 min prior)

WHERE: Take A Bite Bahamas Classroom

SKILL LEVEL: Intermediate (Must Have Knowledge of filling and ganaching cake)

MAXIMUM NO. OF STUDENTS: 4

YOU WILL LEARN:

• How to cover a single extended dummy cake with fondant, and prep it for geode crystals
• How to achieve sharp edges on your fondant cake
• How to apple your crystals and colour them to achieve the geode look
• How to apply gold leaf to your fondant
• If time permits, a Q&A session and photo session.

INCLUSIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

All equipment and ingredients are provided on the day (wear comfortable enclosed shoes), aprons will be provided
Tea, Coffee & Water throughout the day as well as a light lunch will be provided
Your own yummy cake all boxed up to share with friends and family!!!
