YOU WILL LEARN:

• You will recieve a recipe card for a Swiss Meringue Buttercream and demonstration on how to make it
• Fill, layer and frost your yummy cake
• Learn to achieve a smooth finish with sharp edges
• How to apply edible gold foil onto buttercream
• How to achieve a successful gold drip
• Tips & tricks to cake floral styling
• If time permits, a Q&A session and photo session.

INCLUSIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

All equipment and ingredients are provided on the day (wear comfortable enclosed shoes), aprons will be provided
Tea, Coffee & Water throughout the day as well as a light lunch
Your own yummy cake all boxed up to share with friends and family!!!
